After years in traditional talk therapy, I became dissatisfied with its limitations,
seeing patients struggle with the same issues despite months or even years of treatment. That all changed when I discovered Neuro Emotional Technique (NET). I saw firsthand how quickly and effectively NET could help patients release emotional stress without reliving trauma—and that’s when everything shifted.

Determined to expand my ability to heal on a deeper level, I pursued further education at Jung Tao School of Classical Chinese Medicine, where I studied the profound connection between mind, body, and energy. Now, at Bright Hope Integrative Mental Health, I combine NET, Nutrition Response Testing, and acupuncture to provide a fast, effective, and truly holistic approach to emotional wellness.
